offset the carbon footprint of your order. It's our way of helping you
reduce your environmental impact and contribute to a greener future.

If you need to request a refund, simply contact us at hello@carelesscards.shop We have a 30-day refund policy, so make sure to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item.

We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

1. Damaged or defective products

2. Incorrect items received

If any of these situations apply to your order, we'll be happy to send you a replacement or provide a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your reason for refund, we'll notify you
about the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be
automatically processed within 10 business days and credited back to
your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for
your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as
well.

Generally, orders are delivered within 2-6 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as
possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please
note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or
canceled.
